I don't think the console is finished with conventional paint - it seems to be some kind of rubberised coating - you might want to take a look at things like plasti-dip and see if they provide a better match. Don't know Schultz but used Hammerite Waxoyl on mine last year. Looks good so far but early days.

True -it's a compressible aluminium but the plugs also have a rubber seal. On the 1.9 you need a 14mm hex for the plugs. I bought 2 new ones for mine - old ones would probably have been ok but you don't know that until you have them out.Southernboy wrote:It has a washer...but it is re-useable.
