yes mate . smoked angels on it they look great at dusk .the smoking has virtually no affect on the lighting . its a honeycomb type of film that lets all the light outseasurfer wrote:Looks great. Have you got smoked projectors on there?

I just did mine a few days ago,its worth doing. my car drives a lot better ....
I did all shocks and rear mounts only ........ carparts-for-less for shocks and eBay for the OEM top mounts..

Had the same problem with the drain hole... i couldn't find it! But on the link added by robert we can clearly see it! It's a bit like the Misses... we know it's here, somewhere, in the middle, but it's not always easy to find it!!! :arrow: yes and in the long run finding that hole will cost a fort...

a full set of shock and rear mounts . all fitted to the car now and what a difference :shock: its like driving a diffident car altogether.... utterly stunning difference :D well worth doing folks if your past 70,000 mls , all my shocks did not return when taken off all of them duff , no wonder i fou...

the 1.8 is the same as the 1.9 but its only 8 valves . its t ill a good unit , just make sure the heater goes to the middle and its nice and warm , if not you will need a new thermostat ,,, ...... I started with a 1.9 and loved it , moved up the the 3.0 for some more serious fun

don't spend your cash on covers for standard seats . get a set of sport seats with heating already in . plenty come up on the bay and on here ..... they will look a lot better

I did a little tidy up on my zed . I changed to old number plates to a just plain set . looks much cleaner now (i think) then i got my front shocks replaced (what a difference in the car ) the garage said both fronts where duff and i should do the rears ( im waiting on the rears ,ill do them myself ...

OK i ordered the fronts Sachs from carparts4less good prices and a £15 discount if you spend £100 . local garage said its 2 hrs labour to fit the fronts ..... :?: to keep getting the disconnect i did 2 orders fronts ..then i ordered the rears and top mounts ( i will fit the rears myself ) thanks all...

thanks all , i can get 2 front shocks OK now , but should i change he top mounts also ? .. add considering im changing e front , would it not be better to change the rear also if so anybody know of any good deals for a full kit for the car .........

i was out last Sunday and it was -3c (with the hood down of course :D ) with it being so sold im sure my car went up to 400bhp because the cold air intake was in heaven and had a good day ... or it probably was just the cold freezing my brain :o 8-) wrap it loft insulation Barry and it will fly mate...

don't let the number of owners bother you mate , these type of cars are summer toys for some and they change hands a lot .... its not a negative when looking for a good car . i had the 1.9 16v great little engine ,but make sure when you go for a test drive get the heater on full and the temp gauge s...
