I bought mine from a member, so not sure of the make, but Valeo tend to be pretty good. The one I have is also lightened, but any M3 kit should do. Make sure you get both flywheel and clutch together as they are designed to match.

They are lightened tuner bolts and a real pain. Often the tool is to weak to tighten them, and once tightened, you can never get the things off. It took my old man 8 hours, 5 drill bits and a lot of swearing to remove 5 of these for me when they had seized.

A good clean out is a good thing for sure. One thing I have on my 2.8 is an M clutch, but with lightened flywheel. It makes the whole car feel more responsive immediately, as the original dual mass job is REALLY heavy.

License to print money. And to be honest, you are covered for very little, and your premium will go up if you have an accident regardless of how's fault it is. I put post facelift on my pre facelift car. To be honest, they are very similar, but a few mm difference between the parts meant I used all the plastics from the rear. Also, the tops of the storage box and strut holders was covered in leatherette, not smooth plastic, so I couldn't mix and match.

I have 6 ton stands, so they are bigger than the 43cm height of a standard 2 tonne jack. I am dubious about jacking on the diff, it tends to put to much pressure on the diff mounts, but I would have to check if the mounts are different from other cars.

I have looked underneath, but not sure how to jack the whole front and rear of the car to get it on axle stands. Ideally, I would use the jacking points on the sills, but really want to use those for the stands.

If the acceleration problem is still there, check the plugs and leads, that usually causes this kind of thing. Also, the fuel filter could do it.
