i found one Tanin Red (if i am correct) interior (seats+panels) in good price and i am about to get it. problem is i am not sure about the color combo with atlanta blue and black dash/roof. i found some pics of a sample car. any thoughts? No, that's not my car , it's just a random pic i found on the web just to show what i mean. i have all the other parts, the only part i am missing is the radiator bottom cover because it wasn't available at the time i installed the bumper.

top code i saw was 2f, and the needle a bit to the left as the pic i posted above, so if i understand correctly i don't have a faulty gauge. new thermostat is mahle-behr and opens at 95c. is this how this particular thermostat works or something else?

I changed my thermostat about an hour ago because the old one had stuck open, the temp needle doesn't sit exactly in the center it is about 1-2mm to the left (colder). Why will it be slower? The tyres are the same circumference. I suppose you'll have a bit more weight and inertia, but I can't imagine you'll notice the difference. Once again i was right, and the mechanic didn't listen to me 4 days ago when he refilled it with ac gas, he didn't add oil. I went again today and he refilled it this time adding oil, noise it's vanished now and i paid twice for the same job.

I just returned from the mechanic, it was gas-empty, we refilled it and it works perfect except it does a VERY loud noise now, i can even hear it inside the cabin while i drive, like a whistle a compressor-powered car does. He thinks that the compressor slowly dies...

I did another check last night, this time i didn't hear that loud grinding noise, the compressor clutch works fine, the belt seems to work fine, it just doesn't blow cool air, maybe it has (again) a circuit leak somewhere.. it's just frustrating, EVERY year, at summer my a/c has somekind of problem.
