Z3 2.0 for sale with pics (and some ducks)

Post by rgf »

Spent three hours today giving the love of my life a right good fettling and then took loads of pics. But here are some of the Zed....

Image Image Image ImageImage Image Image

For sale £5100 ono June 2000; 56k miles, 12 months MOT, 5 months tax, 4 green service lights.

...and the ducks?
Every year a pair of ducks from a nearby lake take residence in our garden during the spring. Today Mrs Duck brought her 11 babies for a play on out little pond...

Thanks....I know... :bawl: :bawl: :bawl:
Unfortunately I needed a new day car so some finances were required.
I got sorted with that today as well and bought a Jag X-Type 2.2 diesel estate.

Well, it looks like the Zed is heading further north!

Put the add on Pistonheads this morning, nipped to the local shop, got back 45 mins later to find a voicemail message and email waiting for me. A return call later....SOLD, unseen and untested, at the asking price to a very nice sounding man in Aberfeldy, Perthshire. All things being equal he will pick it up next Saturday.

I will of course introduce him to this forum and I am sure all you Scots will look out for him and make him feel welcome.

Just seven more days for me to enjoy her before she goes.... :bawl:

FOR SALE AGAIN - MY Z3

My sale has fallen through, over concerns that the car has had 5 owners. I personally think that that is not an issue in a well cared for car, but hey ho.
So, it is on the market again and looking even shinier.

ps. The baby ducklings have never returned. I think they have had it.

Excellent looking car youve got there. Love the wheels as well. I would have definitely been interested had I not found my 2.2 a week ago. Is this siena red?

Shame the sale fell through but I bet you won't be waiting long.

Shame also about the ducks!

Thanks Colin. Yes, sienna red, and there are very few of us about. I am usually all alone when we meet up. Its a very reluctant sale but some times these things just have to be done.

I am sure you will get a buyer, there is a lot of 'Ducking and diving' going on in the motor trade at the moment. Eider someone will buy it or you will be duck with it.

Some of you have memories that are far too good!

I have had 5 enquiries from Pistoheads so far. I have referred those POTENTIAL BUYERS to this thread. I am pleased you are all helping my cause! :)

I have learned not to combine two things in one post!

OK but
When the first sale failed, and the buyer turned turkey, did you cry fowl?
I guess you will have to hawk thise redwings around a tit more
In the meantime you get to swan around
And don't forget to check the yellowhammer is in the tool kit
Times are a bit ruff but at £5k it's a s-teal

Jamezee, shame on you - not a pun in sight!
You missed the fact that it is wearing a ducky bow.

(PS. I think the Z is sold and on its way to Belfast on Saturday :bawl: - but I've been in this position before so I am not counting my chickens (or my tits)...
