2001(Y) Z3 3.0 for sale (80,000 miles)

Post by Woofwoof »

Sadly the time has come to sell my Z3 as I’m driving it less and she needs to be used and enjoyed. I’ve had her for 4 years and is in great condition. Most extras (heated sports seats, air conditioning, cruise etc.) and a manual car, it’s just had an oil service and MOT. Some rear bushes and a track rod end were required.

Full details at the ebay ad https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre ... 3617979796

Price on this is so variable I have picked a middle reserve based on other cars for sale. Would be good to have a forum member win as I’d like her looked after. Likely to be mymlast ever car so a sad day!

What is the rationale for the reserve being "secret"?

Because it was still a live ebay listing. From what I can see the price varies wildly for these nowadays and I guess I was hoping for some input from the forum on the sort of value I should expect. Any thoughts anyone?

Thanks!

Price will always vary due to condition.
Yours has damage to the bonnet and looks to have damage to the front bumper and stone chips.
If you are asking for opinions then I would’ve have been happy to accept the £4150 that it reached on EBay it it were mine.

Ps, I did have a bid

Ah bless you. Thanks! I’m going to have the work done to sort it.

She’ll be pampered and then back up for sale.

Hi, a genuine 3.0 especially with fairly low mileage should get good money.. I personally wouldn’t except any thing less than £5k.

Thanks Howard. That really helps - that was the reserve i set so I wasn’t miles out. I’ll repost once the work has been done and it’s re-listed. Anyone can PM me if they’d like a look or make an offer - car is in Bicester.

Cheers!
