I have one on a 1998 R registration 1.9 M44.

Location Notts NG17. Postage is possible but could be pricey.

I'll have a better look at it in there week - it'll be £125 if it's decent.

My exhaust was not that good but now I need a new one as when I came home from work tonight I went to my old Z3 in the station car park, started it and there was a really loud sound? some F--- has stolen my cat, they jacked up the car on the cill and cut it off.

So I now can't use my Z3, if anyone has an exhaust for a 1.9 twin cam please sell it to me.

That sounds crazy :geek:
Wouldn't have been simpler to just tow the car away and strip it??

That has to be one of the most bizarre thefts ever - most of the Z3 exhaust systems only fit one model!

A new cat is not necessary as expensive as you might think - I recently bought a brand new BM Catalysts one via ebay for £130.52 - described as Catalytic Converter Type Approved BM90418H BM Cats - the non-type-approved one was cheaper still.

It works fine and has just passed its MOT after being on the car for 6 months. The only issue I have with it is that it sounds a little raspy when cold. We shall see how well it lasts.

Cheers R.

Thanks for the info, apparently they steal them for the precious metals inside them?
