put me down as a possilble, i was thinking about the cheddar BMW meet, it is about 10 mile closer, & a very nice area.....

But i think i'd prefer to meet up with 6 or 7 ZedZ rather than 30 random Bmw's... but it all comes down to the weather really.

So it may just be that i'll post n turn up... cool ?

cheers Jay

Have to say i was really tempted as the weather's been cracking this week and i've had the roof off more than on, but then i checked Sunday's weather.

Maybe i'll drop by the pub anyway as it's pretty close for me - hope you still go out.

Well what a day! We had absolutely AMAZING weather. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves, I certainly did.

The fantastic weather did unfortunately make the roads quite busy so we did come across quite a bit of traffic and in the second group we had cut the second leg short and just head straight to the pub. When we did have clear roads I certainly enjoyed myself.

It was good to see so many people that we knew there and as always good to meet new people. Hope you'll all want to come along for the next one as well!

As usual I was a bit rubbish and didn't take nearly enough pictures but what I did take are here:

Many thanks to all involved I had a great time and very much looking forward to the next one laready.

Some lovely cars on display, I was dragged up the road in the slipstream of a couple of z4m and a 135i.

Has made me more determined to get the 3 stage kit out again and shine my little car up.

Funnily enough I popped to morrisons in woking this afternoon and parked next to a z4m coupe in black, stunning car.

Yeah thanks for that nice day out folks, well done Bravo :thumb:

Some Awesome weather too YaY, i've caught the sun quite a bit, there was me thiking it couldn't catch us :colourful:
I haven't had such fun driving like a loon to catch up in ages :drive

With the extra fuel i used flooring it nearly up to the red line to keep up with a certain RED///M i may as well have bought a 2.8 or 3.0 or the ///M
as someone said there isn't really that much in it on fuel consumption
& hell yeah it sounds nice!

Cruise in the Sussex / Surrey Area / May 2011

Post by Z3Topaz22 »

Hi Guys,

Although I am a relative newbie to the forum, Im up for organising this for a Sunday in May 2011 as a way of getting to know some of you :). Will get a mate of mine to assist as he does similar for Audi TT club and I have helped him plan a few.

What do you fancy, how about a breakfast meet up followed by a cruise followed by a spot of lunch at a nice country pub and photos.

Let me know what level of interest there is and I will crack on and put something together.

Heres to meeting some nice people and driving some good roads :drive

Cheers
