Speedo Visibility

I have a 2006 Z4 Coupe and with my prefered seating position the view of the speedometer is severely restricted. I would like a Digital Readout of the car's current speed which I can see ALL the time.
Has anyone any ideas?

There are a few of these on the market. Not seen one in the flesh but might solve your problem.
