I saw this on the telly and thought I'd seek it out.
It's from the days of the Mighty Quattro and it's the great Walter Rohl dancing on the pedals.
I don't think I could even do this on a PlayStation, let alone between crowds of people.
Watch in awe (it's not in English, but it doesn't need to be)...
So you think you're a good driver?

For Alfie, I feel dead stupid for bringing this topic back from the dead from March or whenever, but the following applies to clutches:
Resting your foot on the clutch reduces its lifespan. The little plate to the left of the clutch pedal in your Zed (and other cars) is there to rest your left foot on, if you rest on the pedal you increase wear on the clutch apparently.
Bearing in mind that stuff on Beemers costs £££ anyway I would imagine avoiding clutch replacements would be an incentive!

Thanks for that.
Did you actually watch the video linked at the top of this thread?Lazeodoom wrote:Bearing in mind that stuff on Beemers costs £££ anyway I would imagine avoiding clutch replacements would be an incentive!
Obviously when driving like that, the price of a replacement clutch must be really worrying.....
