I have an element of 'M-styling' on my car, If that's a good enough reason for the manufacturers to adorn a 320 with the M badge, then its certainly a good enough reason for me..
BMW Z4 by any chance? I like how you have flipped the picture so that the exhausts are on the wrong side just to make it look like an ///M

The revs in yours are electronicllay limited until the oil warms up so stops the temptation for a while
