Fitting Heated Seats To Previously Non-Heated Model.

Post by ms.smally »

Hi

I have bought a new set of red leather seats from a 2000 Z3. These ones are heated.

I was just going to replace my none heated ones and just leave them non heated. However, I have been pondering and wondered if it is possible to fit them as fully working heated seats to my 97?

Can anyone offer any advice if this is possible?

Thanks in advance

hi there.

this is possible yes. have definitely seen a thread on it. the wiring should already exist in your car and it's a case of sourcing the switch, connecting the wiring etc.

a quick search found me this:

hope it helps :)

Don't forget that you'll also need the relay.
