Could this be the world's most costly Z3? Beautiful though if you like a roof and very rare.
Most Expensive Z3 ever?

Re: Most Expensive Z3 ever?
I appreciate that they are rare and that the fixed roof probably improves both handling and aerodynamics but personally I don’t like the two-seater estate look. Given the choice of two identical Z3ms one coupe and one roadster – I’d pick the roadster every time. If I wanted the “hard top look” I think Z3m looks great with the detachable hard top. I don’t know what niche BMW were pitching for when they produced the coupe – I’d be interested to know.

Here is a nice expensive convertible for you....only 660km...thats 410 miles in UK speak AUD$89,000 or 55,000 pounds:D

the price is just about right....in 1999, Z3Ms retailed here for just under AUD$135,000 (80,000 pounds) new
As for the elusive niche you mention....check your colleagues on Z3Mcoupe.com you'll find all kinds of reasons why the 'breadvan' will go down in automotive history as one of the brilliant innovations of Bayerische Motoren Werke

Re: Most Expensive Z3 ever?
lol that one was up for £5k less before it when to that dealer
S54's Z3mcoupes with good history and lowish miles tend to command £20k and up to £30k from a specialist dealer.
There is a hartge V8 conversion that is c£50k but the guy has been trying to sell it for years.
Cartel pricing I say, stack 'em low and sell 'em high
