Hi Veef,

My '97 M52B28 single vanos has twin pipes from the manifolds into a single cat and single pipe through 2 silencers and twin tailpipe.

Have a look on Realoem http://www.realoem.com/bmw/partgrp.do?m ... 8082&hg=18, mine is the second and third ones down on the left.

Thanks guys, appreciated

Hmm. Mines a April 98 build, but looks to have the late m52 system, with twin cats from memory... will have to double check over weekend, but is this heard of?
