Thats fine and thanks but I should have been a bit clearer in what I wanted.
If I look doen on the engine bay there are a number of 'items'. One for example is the oil cap, another might be the power steering reservior etc. Is there a plan that shows what they are?.

Thanks.

Best thing to do would be take a picture and post it on here using photobucket and ask what specifically you are stuck with

You'd be better off just posting your own pictures. Different cars have different bits under the bonnet, so if you have queries about what's under your bonnet, let's see what you've got.

Thanks Brian.

In the bottom righthand corner in front of the black label on the suspension strut there is a black lidaround 4"x9". To remove it there are two 'press in tabs'. just to be sure the lid has a black pipe going across the top corner. What is there if you open the lid please.

It was looking great until you hit the caps lock key.

Seriously, very helpful, thank you. Anyone want to do one for a 4-cylinder? The engine bay layout is a bit different.

Cheers R.

Very nice Brian. Just a quick question, is that the normal position for the coolant-expansion tank on all 6cyl?
Looking for (and dreaming of) a Z3 :-)

I opened the image on my computer in 'paint' and then edited it but once you have typed something in and clicked away from it you cannot alter it hence the CAPS LOCK was still on!!!!!! :dunce:

PM later if you want about paint or there is probably a better way of doing it better ask the kids :?

 10/10 brilliant effort. It was the type of lunch where the Zed needed to be left safely at home - also watching Endeavour if i can stay awake zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Another great effort Brian, just a couple of additional things: - the coil pack just underneath the diagnostic port and the +ve battery terminal just underneath the brake fluid reservoir :) :thumb:
