Induction Kit

Post by thatkevbloke »

Has anyone fitted a K&N type induction on a 1.9 Z3 kit looks straight forward but spotted a sensor front of the airbox. What sensor is it? since if i fit the induction kit the air box will be gone if its just temp guess it doesn't matter. New to Z3 want a bit more noise. Anyone recommend a good exhaust choice or website of vendor? Cheers Thatkevbloke.

Longlife appears to be the most popular and recommended - just google it an you should be able to search for local franchisee and get a quote. I have a Cobra on mine which I am pleased with but Longlife appear to tailor them more to suit individual needs.

Hi mate, I've fitted the k&n to my 1.9 and it is pretty straight forward there is a hole in the back of the cone for the sensor, it's just clicks in
