Z3 spring spacers
I have to add some height to the car it is way too low, i asked a suspension store for spring spacers but they said that i can't use spacers on the Z3, i must change springs, is this true??

The rear springs sit on pads, which come in different thicknesses and can also be stacked. However, if the shocks are matched to the springs you could end up with the car operating outside of the optimal part of the shock travel.

What about front springs? This is were the problem is, i am destroying the plastic wheel housings quite often

No. Sounds like you need some slightly taller suspension.

Spring pads available from BMW dealer:
5mm # 33 53 1 136 385
7.5mm # 33 53 1 136 386
9mm # 33 53 1 127 224
10mm # 33 53 1 136 387
15mm # 33 53 1 094 754
It would be better to replace the springs with standard originals. Plenty SH out there.

I have an element of 'M-styling' on my car, If that's a good enough reason for the manufacturers to adorn a 320 with the M badge, then its certainly a good enough reason for me..
