Did a trip to Wigan via the motorway last week, had a drive around the country bits and returned home via the motorway, total 622 miles and used 103.91 litres of petrol, I make that an average of 27.20 mpg

That's very impressive.
My average for the last couple of tanks has been 18mpg, although that's alot of town driving & hardly any A-B roads

The worst I've had is 16mpg to a tank though

I do look forward to getting a decent drive under my belt in it.

Put 25 pounds worth in the tank.

That was 18.6 litres or approx 4 gallons.

That gives me 72 miles!!!!!

18 to the gallon or 3 miles per pound approx!

Beat that!!!!!

Best (on a trip from Brighton to Bath) 27.3mpg (being pretty reserved)
Worst 16mpg (to and from work in Brighton including a few runs to "let her breath" down the country lanes)

Overall average (Since Sept 2010) 20.68mpg, 3,252miles using 719litres for £926
