No harm in bumping, but don't panic. If the weather is good, you may end up having to manage 20+ cars like Deano the other year  .

Just rejoined the forum after a few years absence. Used to do some Z rallies with Phil Rosenbloom back in the day, so we are very interesting in coming to this one to get back into the swing of it all.
Still got same car.... looking as great as ever.

Looking forward to this, not sure how the weather is going to be, but this morning on the BBC weather it is showing a half decent day (Fingers Crossed)

For anyone that has not done the Evo Triangle Before your in for a treat, in my opinion this is the best driving road in the UK, but will leave it to you too decide.
See here for details: http://www.greatestdrivingroads.com/gre ... angle.html

I done a lap of the Evo last Sunday but was hindered by a tailing police car (luckily as it turned out) as I came around a coner I was met with a motorbike hurtling toward me on its side with sparks flying of it, and a rider tumbling down the road, the bike narrowly missed the front of my car (one second earlier and it would have hit me) the rider came to a stop and gave me the thumbs up, indicating he was OK, that got rid of the police officer So took the old girl up to 60 and had a great run with nothing in my way, you dont have to go like a loon to enjoy this road, as the bends and turns will give plenty of pleasure keeping it within the speed limit.

Please drive to your own abilities and dont be pressurised into overdoing it (dont want any accidents) If someone wishes to overtake you please endeavour to let them when safe to do so..

I will be handing out maps and stopping places on the run, this will have my mobile number on it any problems during the run give me a call.

No lunch breaks planned (Packed Lunch Advised), but if you need to stop at anytime for anything let me know, we have ample time to complete the run out.

Looking for someone to take the backdoor on the run any volenteers?.

Not am not sure how many will turn up on Sunday! Looking to leave by 10:00am so please arrive in plenty of time and with a full fuel tank.. see you then.

When I put the route on TomTom it said 12 hours and included tolls.

Are there any tolls, if so how much? It wouldn't be the first time I've had to hand over £20 for a 5p toll  .

Great day yesterday. It was fun to meet up with everyone and the roads were great, before the rain came down.

Video here captures the fun bits, and some cat and mouse:

Hope that wasn't a bottle of fizzy pop in the footwell :? Shame about the rain. Thanks for sharing.

Hi swamper

I was the contractors engineer who built the 10.6km of the EVO north of Cerrigydrudion to the road down to the dam.

Sorry I could not make the rest of the day.

Car is my sons 2.2l as I normally drive a e61 525i nowadays.

Pity the weather went wet , but it the reason we have a lot of reservoirs up in North Wales
