Anybody local? I'm thinking Brighton/South Downs area, but open to suggestion.

Well, when is good for you? I'm pretty new to the car forum scene, so I'm probably not the best person to plan it!

Hi again David, well looking through the diary, the only date we have free in the coming weeks is November 3rd. :head: :head: :head:

Did you have a cruise in mind as well as a meet? Here is some info on how to organise a cruise. viewtopic.php?f=1&t=5892

When I did my first cruise I looked at the above link to get some ideas, at the time I had only had my Zed a few months.

I guess you would want a meet in the next few weeks before the weather goes downhill. I would love to do a cruise in your area as I am not too familiar with that part of Sussex. If you end doing one in the Spring we would certainly be interested.

I've only had my Z3 for a couple of weeks! I've been out of the country travelling the last couple of years, so I'm absolutely loving having a car again, and just driving...

Yes, ideally before the weather turns to crumb, it would be great to get on the roads. We've only just moved to this area, so I'd love to explore too - I'm from Heathfield originally.

I had a look at that topic just before posting this topic, so when I have some time I will come up with a route.

Hi David,
We live just outside of Brighton. If we can help, give a shout. We're new to all this having done one run. It was great fun, we felt we had made new friends.

Cheers

Will definitely keep you informed Ian and Debbie!
Is there any date that would be particularly suitable for you?

HI David
I live in Horsham so a South Downs meet would be good. There was one a couple of years ago but that seemed to fizzle out. Octobers good for me as car goes away in the garage from 1st November.

Hi,
Sunday's are usually good with us. Except Nov 16/17. How about 3rd November. Just a suggestion, we could stop off for lunch or finish at The Hope Inn in Newhaven ( at the harbour mouth) for lunch which I can recommend. The pub has a good size car park.

That's great. The 3/11/13 is fine by me Dave. :colourful:

Hi Dave,
Are we doing the run on the 3/11/13? Looks like there are 3 of us.

Hi guys,
Been out off the forums for a while and didn't see this; we're just outside Brighton too so would love to get the zed back out on the local roads! She comes out of hibernation on 1st May so let me know if you want to plan a cruise!

Hi Mac,

A cruise would be great!
It'd have to be before 20th May for me to be able to attend though!
