Phoenix Yellow is an experimental color that I believe (Sep 2000) is intended for the 2001 M Roadster. Several Z3s have been painted in the color in order to test metal and plastic matches and to evaluate long-term wear. These pictures were taken in overcast weather--the color would undoubtedly appear much brighter in sunlight. . . Many thanks to all those folks who agreed for links to be made to their pictures.
